The home has one full bath, and three spacious bedrooms (one queen & two . The kitchen is outfitted for meal preparation and recently updated! There is plenty of parking for your ATV trailers right on the road and covered parking at the house. Guided tours of local off-roading trails are available, too!
The space
There is an open living area with a small desk for remote working. The internet speed is 50 Mbps and you can connect via Wifi or ethernet. Both TVs in the house are smart (Chromecast and Roku). In the master bedroom is a queen bed and the other two rooms have full-size beds.
Guest access
There is parking in front of the house on the road and under the carport. Trailers and trucks and ATV/UTVs can be parked right on the road. Do not park to the right of the driveway.
The house is close to Panther State Forest, local ATV trails, and the Tug Fork River. There is easy access to several Hatfield McCoy trails in Gilbert and the NEW Warrior Trail system in Iager. My favorite nearby places to visit include Beckly, WV; Grundy, VA; and Pikeville, KY.
Other things to note
Cell phone coverage in the area is spotty. You may not have cell phone service at the house depending on your carrier. However, you can make calls via WiFi. During the spring/summer of 2022, the exterior of the house is being repainted. We will make every effort to prevent any disruptions to your enjoyment of the property.
