Linkous Park Pool is an outdoor swimming pool in Welch, WV, open to the public and county visitors. For more than 60 years, people from around the region have gathered at the pool to cool off and socialize. For some McDowell County residents, spending summer days at the Linkous Park Pool is as much a summer tradition as is wearing shorts and flip flops.
